The study shed light the important role that the Algerian government authorities can play in processing the financial obstacles of small and medium enterprises by encouraging them to equity financing. This study is divided into three main axes. The first axis reviews the reality and importance of small and medium enterprises in Algeria, and in the second axis, it focused on the obstacles of bank financing, as well as discussed the limited equity financing of small and medium enterprises in Algeria. Finally, it take the most important measures to be taken by the Algerian government authorities to address the obstacles of equity financing, In order to develop The Small and medium enterprises in Algeria.
