Abstract

This study aims at explaining the role of electronic marketing for insurance companies and its impact on the markets and companies operating in the Gaza Strip. And improve the status of companies and develop them in order to improve the level of performance in all its activities to keep abreast of recent developments by highlighting the importance of electronic marketing, especially in the era of technology. The most important results of the study were weak awareness of insurance individuals and some business organizations and government institutions of the importance of insurance and a course in the protection of society and reducing the effects The insurance sector operates under a state system, which is restricted by a lot of routine controls and procedures as well as the limited activities of private companies. The National Insurance Company suffers from lack of expertise and technical staff, both in counting.
